Set construction crews have access to 6,131 sq. ft. / 4,331 sq. ft. (column-free) with a ceiling height of 28 ft. and an additional 1,800 sq. ft. with a ceiling height of 14 ft. located under the mezzanine. Studio features include 1,800 amps / 3-phase power, two drive-in entrances, a shoot-in kitchen, dressing room with hair sink, green room, lounge, production offices on the second floor, and a dedicated internet fiber optic control panel for live stream events. The rooftop offers a spectacular, panoramic view of the New York City skyline.

Studio 2 is a 10,000 sq. ft. Level 2 Qualified Production Facility. The studio is drive-in accessible, ideal for multiple set builds, and column-free. Studio features include 800 amps / 3-phase power, two drive-in entrances, 22 ft. ceiling height, modular kitchen set, dressing room with a hair sink, two multi-stall restrooms, and mezzanine. Two large windows are located on opposite ends of the studio with the option to be blacked out.
